π Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
β Item Condition
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- All items must be in original condition with no signs of wear (e.g. stains, odors, or damage).
- Tags must be attached and not removed.
π³ Refunds & Exchanges
- We do not offer refunds.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit or may be exchanged for another item of equal value.
π Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping outside of the Bay Area, CA and Seattle, WA.
- For returns within these regions, we may provide a prepaid label or offer a local drop-off option.
