Pick-Up, Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly and conveniently. Please review our shipping and pick-up guidelines below.

📦 Shipping

• Orders ship from either Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA, depending on inventory availability.
• All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

🏙️ Local Pick-Up

• Free local pick-up is available in both Seattle, WA and San Francisco, CA.
• You can choose the Pick-Up option at checkout.
• Once your order is ready, we will contact you with pick-up location details and available time windows.

🚚 Delivery Options

• You may choose either Shipping or Local Pick-Up during the checkout process.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.
